  3. Dear Ogala–Thanks for your great post on Benin and the city sculptures (btw, Saidi Hotel was showing late night porn back in 1994–so, of long standing!). I’m writing a free online textbook about African art and am discussing images of Oba Ovoranmwen. Would it be possible to use your photo of his sculpture? I will of course credit you and link back to your website. I’d appreciate it very much if this is possible. If not, I enjoyed the post!
